  • Deletion of personal data processed with the data subject’s consent, except in the cases provided for in article 16 of the LGPD;
  • Information about the public and private entities with which the controller shared data;
  • Information about the possibility of not providing consent and the consequences of refusal;
  • Withdrawal of consent, under the terms of article 8, §5 of the LGPD.
